Hi, I’m Andy
You’ll usually find me exploring a new neighbourhood, chasing a skyline view or finding a spot for Japanese food and a good matcha. I travel for fresh perspectives, train to build strength and make room for the people and experiences that keep me grounded. Through my content, I hope to inspire others to explore more, move often and enjoy the everyday.

I’m an optometry partner and clinical director. I studied optometry and science at UNSW, and my work combines patient care, clinical leadership and running a local practice.
